My new orthotics are working great! After a short break-in, I am now walking pain free in all my shoes since it is so easy to transfer to all my shoes. My last pair lasted for many years and I anticipate these new ones to last at least as long.
Love the inserts. I have been using them for several years. They work great. I have bad feet as I am considered elderly (yikes)..and I put them on top of the shoe insert and a gel cushion on top of that. Can’t walk without them. I have several pair so Idont have to keep switching shoes.
I used to be a runner until I started having problems with my feet, mainly plantar fasciitis. Many yrs ago there were inserts called "Phase 4 orthotics" that were sold on TV infomercials. They helped me greatly. Those don't seem to be sold anymore as I can't find them anymore, but these Natural Foot orthotics seem to be very similar.
If you are new to these, it takes a few days to get used to them. At first it might feel like you have golf balls in your shoes. That's because your arches have collapsed. They inserts slowly reshape your feet to the way they're supposed to be. Wear them just an hour or so the first day, then gradually wear them for longer and longer day by day. Within about a week you should be able to wear these full time. I love these. No pain anymore in my feet.
These seem to be the same exact inserts sold at that "Good" foot store nationally, but at a fraction of the price. I highly recommend them.
These and the original inserts are still life-changing! I can wear almost any height of heel now with these in and have no problem! I also use these in my slim tennis shoes. TO KEEP THEM FROM SLIDING in heels, I put industrial strength velcro on the bottom of these inserts and the opposite side in the bottom of my shoes. I have no problem now with them sliding! I use double-sided tape for the original and cloud inserts when needed, but it does not work long for these inserts.
