The Natural Foot gladly will exchange for resizing or for a milder or stronger orthotic at no charge. We really wish to help you with your foot issues. The desired orthotic will be sent to you with a prepaid return envelope. Exchanged orthotics must be received back within 30 days of original purchase date. Returns/Refunds: To return simply email or call the MANUFACTURER for a return authorization code ( RMA ). No returns/refunds after 30 days of original purchase date.
