Shipping Policy

Processing times are separate from the shipping times. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer 2 flat rate shipping options currently only within the United States: Free Standard Deliveries and $10 USPS Priority Shipping.

At this time, we do not ship internationally. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you can visit our order tracking page here.

To check your shipment, you will need:

  1. Order Number
  2. Email (the one used when you purchased your Natural Foot Orthotics product)

Once these are entered you will be able to see the status of your order shipment.

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available after your order.

If your order is taking longer than it should to arrive, please contact us at support@naturalfootorthotics.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you, and get right back to you with more information.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Exchanges:

Natural Foot Orthotics gladly offers a 30-day Exchange Program: Within the original 30 days we will exchange for resizing or for a milder or stronger pair of orthotics at no charge.

We really wish to help you with your foot issues. The desired orthotic will be sent to you with a prepaid return envelope.

Due to seller fulfillment, you must contact us directly with your ORDER ID #.

Our friendly and personal staff is available to discuss any orthotic issues you may have.

Returns/Refunds:

No returns/refunds after 30 days from delivery date.

Returns received after the delivery date will not be refunded.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns: Simply email or call the MANUFACTURER for a return authorization code (not Amazon).
