- I have issues with my footwear. How come?
-
"They don’t fit in my shoes."? Shoes are almost as important as orthotics.
Keep in mind that the footwear you are currently wearing more than likely may have contributed to your foot issues.
Also, keep in mind you purchased these class one medical devices to improve your quality of life.
Orthotics will fit differently in every pair of shoes you own.
If you are having an issue with orthotics fitting footwear, we recommend shoes that will accommodate the orthotics.
We also manufacture orthotics specifically for high heels and fashion shoes.
- Why do these orthotics hurt my feet?
-
These Wearing Guidelines describe the break-in period which is directly related to this question.
This break-in period is very important to achieving your goal. If you were to purchase custom orthotics from a doctor, you would have to go through the same break in period.
It would be like putting braces on your teeth, you are not going to straighten your teeth in a day and how painful would that be.
If you go through the wearing guidelines (2 weeks) and they still have discomfort, please contact us.
We may need to exchange them for a milder orthotic.
- Can I exchange?
-
We offer a 30-day exchange for sizing, stronger or milder orthotics.
