I sent an email 2 days ago I need to return these arch supports. Painful it was like gaving to wood stumps pushing into my arches when I stood up. No way could I walk in them. I need to return these, please answer my email I sent 2 days ago. Thank you!

Decent but not perfect..

Ordered the original and the cloud. The original works great for one foot, with little break in time as instructed. Too aggressive for my other foot. Sent two emails to the company to try and understand what I should do. Absolutely no responses, so that colors my comments. The cloud is ok for my other foot but may not be enough. I've had some issues with the original orthotic sliding forward in my shoe while walking around which causes some heel pain but haven't sent an email yet since previous questions have gone unanswered. Generally the original works very good to help support my foot properly, but I still have questions.

Flat feet

I bought the wrong pair. I have flat feet and these are too uncomfortable. Can I send them back in and get the ones designed for flat feet?

Love them , just as good as the more expensive ones.

Very comfortable and virtually cured my foot pain. Once you follow the 7-10 day break in period you don’t even notice the inserts are there.

Not 100% sure

I'm still using the insoles daily, but I still have heel and arch pain. Sometimes it's even painful to wear the orthotic, but I keep telling myself to give it time. I'm trying different shoes or boots to see if there is any difference, but very little changes as of yet.
