We want to reward our loyal customers for their feedback. Help us improve & get gifts while doing it! All you have to do is pick one of the three tiers in which you want to participate and email us your review. Read the tiers below.

How To Participate
1. email support@naturalfootorthotics.com with the Tier you're choosing to participate in.
2. Attach your review, and photo/video.
3. Include your full name & address to ship you the rewards.
Our team will review the submission, and once approved, we'll email the discount code to all participants & confirm shipments of any products, if applicable. All replies will come from and be handled by our support team at @support@naturalfootorthotics.com
To qualify for any tier, you must be an existing Natural Foot Orthotics customer and submit your own genuine experience with our products.
Each submission must include your full name and a complete shipping address so we can deliver your rewards.
By submitting a review, photo, and/or video, you grant Natural Foot Orthotics permission to use, edit for length or clarity, and publish your testimonial (including your first name, last initial, and images/video) on our website, social media, emails, and other marketing materials.
Incentives are offered in exchange for your time and honest feedback only. Your reward does not depend on leaving a positive review, and we welcome constructive or negative feedback as well. This aligns with current guidance on incentivized reviews from regulators such as the FTC.
Natural Foot Orthotics reserves the right to decline any submission that appears inauthentic, misleading, or not related to our products.
Rewards (discounts and free products) are valid only for the recipient and cannot be transferred, sold, or combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.
Offers are valid while supplies last, and the tier system may be modified or ended at any time without prior notice.
