Return and Exchange Policy:

Natural Foot Orthotics gladly offers a 30-day Exchange Program: We will exchange for resizing or a milder or stronger pair of orthotics at no charge. We really wish to help you with your foot issues. The desired orthotic will be sent to you with a return envelope. Due to seller fulfillment, you must contact us directly. Our friendly and personal staff is available to discuss any orthotic issues you may have.

Amazon (Personal Care Product) Guidelines / Personal Hygiene / Class 1 Medical Device:

Try them for 30 days, this will give you time to go through the break-in period and decide if you need resizing or a milder or stronger orthotic. No refunds after 30 days of delivery. Shipping charges are non-refundable, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Simply email or call for a MANUFACTURERS return authorization number first. Returns without a MANUFACTURERS authorization will not be approved.
