I bought these from a store here in Illinois after doing a 60 mile breast cancer walk and destroying my feet. They helped me recover and be able to be mobile again. These are a life saver. Buy them!

Shipping delays

Took 2 weeks to get from an in-state distribution center...customer service was a nightmare to get a response from but after i contacted them they were able to fix the issue. I appreciated them fixing it but still not a great experience.

When I open them the slimmer black ones where in a proper box and the white arches where in a bag and they were used. You could tell someone had worn them because of the dark stain on them.

Comfort At Last

After searching for several years for a healthy and comfortable insert system to be used for my daily four mile walk, I have finally found the answer. After trying every insert Dr. Scholl's has and trying various sizes of Spenco inserts, I finally found myself speaking with Beth at the home office of Natural Foot Orthotics. She sent me 3 different orthotics with a return envelope for the two I would not use and then discussed with me the orthotic cushion. I wear quad E running/walking shoes and all previous inserts were too small and too narrow. So Beth and I settled on the size 12 which if necessary could be trimmed with scissors.(which was not necessary). Today my morning walk is much more enjoyable and my legs and feet don't argue with me anymore. The customer service and advice from Beth was fantastic. The quality of the products is first class all the way. And buying from the manufacturer is certainly more economical.
